Cashier

About the role

Kasir (Cashier) role in a coffee outlet, responsible for customer interactions, payment processing, and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide persuasive menu recommendations for Goffee

• Input customer orders and perform upselling and cross-selling

• Receive customer payments in cash and non-cash forms and operate the cashier system

• Work collaboratively in a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Report operational issues or customer complaints to direct supervisor

• Participate in training and regular service quality improvement

• Assist with outlet opening and closing preparations, including light inventory management and daily sales reconciliation
