About the role

This is a coffee shop role focused on preparing and serving beverages and light food, providing customer service, and maintaining operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages (hot and cold) and light food according to SOP

• Provide friendly and prompt customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including coffee machines, bar, equipment, and dining area

• Conduct daily stock checks of raw materials and outlet supplies

• Operate coffee machines and supporting equipment correctly and safely

• Process customer payments in cash and non-cash and operate the cash register system

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Report operational issues or customer complaints to direct supervisor

• Participate in regular training and service quality improvement activities

• Assist with outlet opening and closing procedures, including light inventory and daily sales reconciliation
