About the role

This is a coffee shop role based at GOFFEE ITC Mangga 2, where you will prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages (hot and cold) as well as light snacks according to standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages (hot and cold) and light snacks according to SOP

• Provide friendly and fast customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including coffee machines, bar, equipment, and dining areas

• Conduct daily stock checks of raw materials and outlet supplies

• Operate coffee machines and other supporting equipment correctly and safely

• Receive customer payments in cash and non-cash forms and operate the cash register system

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Report operational issues or customer complaints to direct supervisor

• Participate in regular training and service quality improvement activities

• Assist with outlet opening and closing preparations, including light inventory and daily sales reconciliation
