Expansion Business Staff ( FnB restaurant )

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for potential new restaurant locations across Jakarta and surrounding regions

• Identify and evaluate suitable properties for expansion, including lease negotiations and site assessments

• Collaborate with operations teams to develop expansion timelines and budgets

• Prepare detailed expansion proposals and business cases for senior management review

• Coordinate with construction, design, and logistics teams to ensure new locations are established on schedule and within budget

• Support recruitment and training of staff for newly opened restaurants

• Monitor performance metrics of new locations and provide recommendations for operational improvements

• Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and local authorities to facilitate smooth expansion processes

• Track market trends and competitive landscape to inform expansion strategy

• Assist in developing standardised operational procedures for new restaurant locations

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in retail, F&B, or business expansion roles

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate market opportunities

• Excellent project management capabilities and organisational skills

• Demonstrated experience in negotiations and stakeholder management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business analysis tools

• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English

• Knowledge of the Jakarta market and local business landscape is advantageous

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field ( Mandatory UI, ITB, UGM )

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Willingness to travel to potential restaurant sites as required
