Wellness Business Manager / Head Of Wellness

About the role

PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras is seeking a dynamic and strategic Wellness Business Manager / Head of Wellness to lead and drive the business operations and strategic development of our wellness division. This is a contract position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the overall direction, growth, and profitability of our wellness services, ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives whilst maintaining the highest standards of care and client satisfaction. This position reports directly to senior leadership and has a significant impact on the company's expansion within the physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability of wellness services and programmes

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wellness division, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and regulatory compliance

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of wellness professionals, including physiotherapists and occupational therapists

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the wellness portfolio

• Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimise operational efficiency

• Develop and implement pricing strategies, service offerings, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to senior management

• Ensure all wellness programmes comply with healthcare regulations and professional standards

• Collaborate with clinical teams to design innovative rehabilitation and wellness programmes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in healthcare or wellness business management, preferably within physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or rehabilitation services

• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies within the healthcare or wellness sector

• Strong understanding of rehabilitation services, wellness programmes, and industry best practices

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial planning

• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance operational excellence and business growth

• Project management experience and proficiency in relevant business software and tools
