EPC Project Manager

About the role

Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to join our dynamic sales management team. As EPC Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is integral to our business operations, directly contributing to client satisfaction and the company's growth objectives in the competitive electronics and manufacturing sector.

What you'll be doing

• Manage EPC/HVAC projects from contract handover through final acceptance

• Manage design, procurement, delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance

• ⁠Control schedule, cost, quality, safety and risks.

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and onsite teams.

• Manage variation orders, claims, payment milestones and project close-out

What we're looking for

• ⁠Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• 5+ years of MEP/HVAC/EPC project management experience.

• ⁠Strong knowledge of project cost, construction and site management.

• Large HVAC project experience preferred.
