About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join the sales team at Midea Electronics Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing high-value business opportunities whilst leveraging your Mandarin language skills to engage with our growing Chinese enterprise client base. This position is critical to our expansion strategy and will directly impact our revenue growth and market presence in the enterprise segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Chinese-invested customers in Indonesia and achieve sales targets.

• Develop opportunities with Chinese factories, industrial parks, EPCs, contractors and developers.

• Promote Midea VRF, chiller and building solutions.

• Follow projects from investment planning/design through tendering and order closing.

• ⁠Coordinate communication among China HQ, Indonesia teams and customers

What we're looking for

• ⁠3+ years of B2B/project/industrial sales experience.

• HVAC/MEP/industrial equipment/engineering background preterred.

• Fluent Mandarin required; Indonesia Chinese-enterprise network preferred
