E-commerce Specialist

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the beauty industry is required.

• Proven experience working in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related marketing communications role.

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and content management systems.

• Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and conversion tracking platforms.

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and paid advertising.

• Demonstrated experience with search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).

• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex metrics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.

• Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.

• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces is preferred.
