Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the design team at Amexina Cantika Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative graphic designs that communicate our brand message effectively across various media platforms. You will play a key part in shaping our visual identity and ensuring consistency in all design outputs. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute significantly to our company's creative direction.

Key responsibilities

• Create original graphic designs for print and digital media, including marketing materials, advertisements, social media content, and promotional campaigns

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all company communications and materials

• Collaborate with marketing, sales and management teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with business objectives

• Produce concept sketches, mockups and prototypes to present design ideas and receive feedback from stakeholders

• Utilise design software and tools proficiently to create high-quality artwork and layouts

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

• Incorporate client and team feedback into design revisions and iterations

• Stay current with design trends, industry developments and best practices in graphic design

• Prepare files for production and ensure all designs meet technical specifications for various output formats

What we're looking for

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the beauty industry

• Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and creative range

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout and composition

• Excellent visual communication skills and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and respond positively to constructive feedback

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Knowledge of digital design standards, print production processes and file formats

• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian

• Preferred experience: Previous experience in web design, motion graphics, branding, or UI/UX design would be advantageous
