Cook/cook helper

About the role

Prepare consumer orders quickly and accurately, ensuring food quality meets company standards and SOPs. Maintain kitchen equipment and area cleanliness, perform daily opening and closing procedures, and manage inventory using FIFO system while maintaining optimal stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food orders for consumers with speed and accuracy

• Ensure food quality meets company standards and SOPs

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas

• Perform kitchen opening and closing procedures daily according to protocol

• Ensure food served complies with company SOPs and recipes

• Implement FIFO (First In First Out) system for stock management

• Maintain optimal availability of raw materials daily to prevent stockouts and waste

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK

• Culinary education background is an advantage

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field (restaurant, catering, hotel)

• Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety

• Willing to work shifts

• Willing to be placed in BSD Tangerang
