Cook/cook helper

About the role

Prepare consumer food orders quickly and accurately while maintaining quality standards and company procedures. Ensure all food produced meets company quality standards and SOPs, and manage kitchen operations including opening and closing procedures daily.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food orders for consumers with speed and accuracy

• Ensure food quality meets company standards and SOPs

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas

• Perform kitchen opening and closing procedures daily according to protocol

• Ensure food served complies with company SOPs and recipes

• Implement FIFO (First In First Out) system for stock management

• Maintain optimal availability of raw materials daily to prevent stockouts and minimize waste

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK (culinary background is a plus)

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field (restaurant, catering, hotel)

• Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety

• Willing to work shifts

• Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading/Bekasi/Tangerang Selatan/SCBD Jaksel/Kemayoran
