About the role
This role involves cleaning and washing used dining equipment quickly and accurately, maintaining food equipment cleanliness according to company quality standards and SOPs, ensuring the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas, and performing daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.

About you
Minimum SMA/SMK education
Minimum 1 year experience in the same field (restaurant, catering, hotel)
Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety
Willing to work shifts
Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading
