Koordinator Barista

About the role

Ensure the Bar Team executes all Standard Operating Procedures at each shift. Provide coaching to new team members to successfully complete their probation period. Ensure customers receive fast and excellent service. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment in good, complete condition. Understand stock calculations and FIFO methods. Complete daily inventory reports (opening & closing). Demonstrate capability in product sales and upselling.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK

• Minimum 2 years experience as Coordinator/PIC outlet

• SCA certificate preferred

• Proficiency in espresso-based drinks, latte art and manual brew

• Willing to work in shift system

• Willing to be placed across all branches (Kelapa Gading, BSD, SCBD Jaksel, Bekasi, Kemayoran)
