Chinese Desk (Commercial)

1. Develop and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking customers.

2. Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

3. Communicate with customers in Mandarin to understand their business needs.

4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Support sales negotiations, quotations, and other commercial activities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in any major.

2. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is a must.

3. Experience in sales, business development, or customer relations is preferred

4. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding is an advantage.

6. Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
