Commercial Operation Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

The Role

The Commercial Operation Manager will oversee sales-related operational processes, including sales order management, customer coordination, payment follow-up, and shipment monitoring, while also supporting finance, taxation, and regulatory compliance matters in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
• Support the sales team in preparing and submitting Sales Orders (SO) accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding order processing, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
• Follow up and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery and provide updates to customers.
• Prepare and provide checking notes and remittance notes to customers for payment-related follow-up.
• Coordinate with finance and relevant internal teams regarding customer payments, invoices, and outstanding matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of sales orders, shipments, customer communications, and payment-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, operational policies, and applicable laws.
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and sales support processes.
• Handle other operational and sales support responsibilities as required by the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Tax, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, finance & tax or related roles
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and operational compliance laws
• Preferably has experience/background in finance and taxation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
