Chartering / Commercial Staff For Shipping Company

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain commercial relationships with domestic shipowners, charterers, etc.

• Coordinate with clients, operations, and the legal team in preparation for a new contract

• Prepare data analysis of appropriate ship needs

• Coordinate with related departments to ensure effective loading and discharging operations and minimize ship delays

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Any Major

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Chartering / Commercial Team of a Shipping Company as Admin or Staff

• Preferably experienced and have a good understanding of long towing shipments (Tug and Barge)

• Proactive, fast learner, able to work individually and in a team, able to maintain good relationships with customers

• Good coordination, good communication, and a pleasant personality

• Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin

• Placement: Meruya, Jakarta Barat
