Business Development (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and acquire new prospective clients (both domestic and international) and conduct comprehensive market research to map seafood export market opportunities.

2. Contact potential buyers, present the company's seafood products, prepare price quotations and sales contracts, and conduct intensive follow-ups until transactions are completed (closing orders).

3. Monitor the operational order flow from initial processing to shipment, ensure the smooth clearance and validity of export/import documents, and resolve field issues quickly and efficiently.

4. Prepare periodic sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as well as systematically manage and update the client database and sales pipeline status.

5. Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by the company, and be willing to undertake business trips to buyer locations or industry trade shows as needed.

6. Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all sensitive company information, including sales strategies, pricing, and internal business data.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Able to use Mandarin Chinese as a working language, Fluent in Indonesian and Basic English reading and communication skills.

3. Willing and able to travel frequently for site visits, client meetings, and cold outreach to new contacts.

4. Able to independently handle tasks even when instructions or requirements are not fully defined.

5. Open to candidates of all genders.
