高级销售与业务拓展（家具与室内设计）

1. 在销售或业务拓展领域拥有 3 至 5 年以上工作经验，专注于家具行业（尤其是全屋定制家具）和室内设计领域。

2. 拥有卓越的销售业绩记录（track record），并证明具备高水平的销售表现。

3. 英语流利：能够流利地进行口头和书面沟通（具备与外国客户进行商务谈判和演示的能力）。

4. 中文要求：HSK 4 级及以上（沟通流利，以支持与中文为主的供应商/原则方或客户进行协调沟通）。

5. 了解室内设计趋势、家具材质以及生产/安装流程。

6. 能够看懂基础工程图纸或房间平面图（layout plan）者将获得优先录用。

工作职责（Jobdesk）：

1. 全面负责实现或超越公司制定的月度、季度和年度销售目标。

2. 制定积极主动的策略来扩大市场份额并开发新客户（包括零售、B2B、承包商及商业项目）。

3. 向潜在客户专业且具说服力地解释室内设计理念和家具产品（包括定制家具）。

4. 协助客户了解材料规格、空间布局以及项目预算估算。

5. 作为客户与室内设计团队、生产团队及现场安装团队之间的有效沟通桥梁，确保项目顺利进行直至交付验收。

6. 专业处理客户的报价（quotation）、合同谈判直至交易成交（closing）的全过程。 7. 与客户、设计师、建筑师及商业合作伙伴保持长期的良好关系，以创造二次订单（repeat order）或口碑推荐（word of mouth）的机会。

1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in sales or business development, with a specific specialization in the furniture industry (especially custom furniture) and interior design.

2. Possess an outstanding sales track record, with proven ability to achieve high sales performance.

3. Fluent in English: Able to communicate fluently both orally and in writing (capable of conducting business negotiations and presentations with foreign clients).

4. Mandarin Language Requirement: Minimum HSK Level 4 (fluent communication, to support coordination with Mandarin-speaking principals/suppliers or clients).

5. Understand interior design trends, furniture materials, and the production/installation process.

6. Candidates who can read basic technical drawings or room layout plans will be given priority.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for achieving or exceeding the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

2. Develop proactive strategies to expand market share and acquire new clients (including retail, B2B, contractors, and commercial projects).

3. Explain interior design concepts and furniture products (including custom furniture) to prospective clients professionally and persuasively.

4. Assist clients in understanding material specifications, room layouts, and project budget estimates.

5. Act as an effective communication bridge between clients and the interior design team, production team, and field installation team to ensure smooth project execution until handover.

6. Handle the entire process of pricing quotations, contract negotiations, and transaction closing with clients professionally.

7. Build long-term relationships with clients, designers, architects, and business partners to create repeat order opportunities or word-of-mouth recommendations.
