Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.

• Monitor beverage stock and report shortages to management.

• Ensure all beverages meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.

• Follow bar opening and closing procedures.

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender is preferred.

• Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktails, and basic mixology.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
