What we're looking for :

• Proven experience working as a Bartender in a busy hospitality venue, preferably in a similar upscale or premium setting

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, including their origins, characteristics, and production methods

• Excellent mixology skills with the ability to prepare classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and flair

• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Fluency in English is essential
