Masonry. Restaurant Canggu is seeking a warm, professional and engaging Host/Hostess to join our front office and guest services team in Kuta Utara, Bali. This is a contract position that plays a crucial role in creating exceptional first impressions for our guests. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive. This role is integral to our commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality and setting the tone for memorable guest experiences.

What we're looking for :

• Previous experience as a Host, Hostess, Receptionist or in a similar front-of-house role within a hospitality setting

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in managing reservations and guest information

• Proficiency in using reservation systems and point-of-sale technology, or willingness to learn quickly

• Professional appearance and manner with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

• Ability to remain calm, composed and professional during busy periods or challenging situations

• Fluency in English
