Tanggung jawab

• Plan, create, and manage creative content (photo, video, copy) for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop a content calendar and ensure content is published on schedule.
• Write engaging copywriting/captions that match the brand voice.
• Shoot photos/videos and handle the editing process until ready to publish.
• Follow the latest trends and develop content ideas that are relevant to the audience.
• Analyze content performance (engagement, reach, views) and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams on campaigns and promotional materials.

Persyaratan

• Minimum education of high school/vocational/D3/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Visual Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Has experience/a portfolio in creating content (personal social media is a plus).
• Able to use editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere/Lightroom.
• Understands social media trends and the characteristics of each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Creative, communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work to deadlines.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a teamm.
