Villa Butler / Head Butler

About the role

The Villa Butler will be responsible for assigned guest accommodations, including Aloita Resort Villas, Sunset Villa, Makakan Estate, and Captain House. You will provide personalized service and memorable experiences to guests, acting as the main point of contact for assigned guests and villas.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival

• Provide personalized service throughout the guest stay and assist with check-in and check-out

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned guests and villas

• Handle guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments

• Assist with restaurant reservations, activities, transportation, and special arrangements

• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service

• Maintain high standards of villa presentation, cleanliness, comfort, and guest readiness

• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments

• Conduct regular villa checks and report maintenance or guest-related issues

• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Butler, Villa Host, Guest Relations, Front Office, or similar hospitality position is preferred

• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private villas, or estates is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of English

• Strong guest-service orientation and attention to detail

• Warm, polite, discreet, and professional personality

• Well-presented and confident when interacting with guests

• Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays

• Hands-on, proactive, flexible, and resourceful

• Comfortable working in a remote island resort environment
