About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic VIP Host / Bottle Girl (Nightclub) to join our team at PT. Svaha Jagad Bali in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding VIP experience to our most valued guests. As a VIP Host / Bottle Girl, you will be the face of our nightclub's premium service, ensuring that our VIP clientele receive personalised attention, exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences throughout their evening. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation as a premier entertainment destination in Bali.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming VIP guests with warmth, charm and professionalism upon arrival

• Providing personalised service to VIP tables, including bottle presentations and cocktail recommendations

• Managing VIP table reservations, ensuring seating arrangements and service flow are seamless

• Presenting premium beverages and bottle packages in an engaging and professional manner

• Taking drink orders and communicating preferences to bartending and service teams

• Maintaining impeccable knowledge of our beverage menu, including spirits, wines, beers and signature cocktails

• Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere whilst maintaining professionalism and discretion

• Liaising between VIP guests and management to ensure all special requests are fulfilled

• Managing the VIP area to ensure it remains clean, organised and conducive to an upscale experience

• Processing payments and managing bottle service transactions accurately

• Building rapport with regular guests and encouraging repeat business through exceptional service

• Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations throughout service

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a VIP host, bottle girl, table host or in similar hospitality roles within nightclubs or high-end venues

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a charismatic manner

• Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell premium beverages and packages

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple VIP tables simultaneously

• Fluency in English; additional languages (including Balinese or Indonesian) are advantageous

• A professional appearance and the ability to maintain high standards of personal grooming

• Physical stamina to work in a standing position for extended periods during busy service times

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

• A positive, outgoing personality with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality

• Knowledge of premium spirits and cocktails is preferred

• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
