Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Aloita Resort is looking for an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead F&B operations and deliver excellent guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and F&B operations

• Maintain high standards of food, beverage, service, and presentation

• Lead, train, and develop the F&B team

• Monitor food & beverage cost, inventory, purchasing, stock, and wastage

• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team

• Develop and maintain F&B SOPs and service standards

• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements

• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements

• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards

• Support promotions, special events, and guest experiences

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience, preferably in hospitality

• Experience in a hotel, resort, villa, or remote property is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations

• Basic knowledge of wine and cocktails

• Good understanding of F&B cost, inventory, purchasing, and budgeting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good command of English

• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Hands-on, flexible, practical, and resourceful

• Comfortable working in a remote island environment
