Treasury Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local institutional and corporate clients under the guidance of the Treasury Sales Manager.

• Generate revenue through treasury products, particularly foreign exchange and bond transactions, while contributing to overall treasury sales performance.

• Execute treasury transactions including FX spot and bond deals, while actively identifying and initiating new client opportunities.

• Expand client coverage through proactive business development and relationship management activities.

• Maintain an accurate and well-managed sales pipeline, ensuring effective monitoring of prospects and deal progress.

• Achieve strong sales performance and contribute meaningfully to overall treasury sales results.

• Support cross-selling initiatives in collaboration with other teams to deliver integrated financial solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines).

• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced banking environment.

• Minimum Treasury Certificate Level – 5
