Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Economics, Law, Banking, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Policy Management, or a related banking function.
Minimum 1 year of managerial or people management experience.
Strong understanding of banking regulations, governance, compliance frameworks, KYC, AML, and risk management practices.
Experience in policy drafting, regulatory impact assessment, and stakeholder management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and manage regulatory relationships.
