About the role

Konstruksi is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our growing team in Bali. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant construction and development projects across the region. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of all surveying work, directly impacting project success and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our construction operations and helping to maintain our reputation for delivering high-quality projects.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting detailed site surveys and measurements using specialised surveying equipment and technology

• Preparing accurate survey plans, drawings and reports for construction projects

• Establishing and maintaining survey control points and reference markers on-site

• Verifying building dimensions, layouts and positioning against approved plans and specifications

• Identifying potential issues or discrepancies and reporting findings to project management

• Collaborating with architects, engineers and construction teams to ensure projects progress according to specifications

• Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation of all surveying work

• Ensuring compliance with relevant surveying standards, regulations and health and safety requirements

• Operating and maintaining surveying instruments and equipment in good working condition

• Supporting site inspections and quality assurance activities throughout project lifecycle

What we're looking for

• Professional qualification or certification in surveying, such as a diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Proven experience working as a Surveyor in the construction industry, ideally with 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Strong proficiency in surveying software and equipment, including total stations, GPS/GNSS systems and CAD software

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Thorough understanding of construction practices, building codes and relevant regulations

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with capacity to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks whilst meeting strict deadlines

• Physical capability to work on construction sites and in varying environmental conditions

• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various project locations

• Knowledge of local regulations and surveying practices in Bali or Indonesia is advantageous
