About the role

Konstruksi is seeking an experienced Supervisor Konstruksi to join our growing team in Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. As Supervisor Konstruksi, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating teams, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is essential to our success and will offer significant opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to project schedules and specifications

• Manage and motivate construction teams, including labourers, tradespeople and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives

• Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards

• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, reporting variances to project management

• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel

• Liaise between clients, project managers, engineers and site teams to communicate project requirements and progress updates

• Maintain detailed site records, including daily logs, progress reports and incident documentation

• Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures to prevent delays or quality issues

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations and environmental requirements

• Train and mentor junior supervisors and new team members on site procedures and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or foreperson role within the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes relevant to the Indonesian market

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining quality and safety standards

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams

• Proficiency in site planning, scheduling and resource management

• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols on construction sites

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make decisions under pressure

• Experience with construction management software and digital tools is advantageous

• Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages is essential

• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites as required
