STS HCGA Manager

About the role

Lead and manage all support functions at the Ship to Ship (STS) operational site to ensure operations run smoothly, orderly, safely, comfortably, and in accordance with company regulations and applicable regulations, including management of labour, office and mess facilities, general services, transportation, utilities, and site operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all personnel administration and operations at site, including manpower arrangement, attendance, roster, industrial relations, work discipline, recruitment, and employee document development and compliance to support STS operational continuity

• Manage and ensure all site facilities, office, mess, utilities, catering, transportation, and general employee needs are available, maintained, safe, comfortable, and support 24/7 work operations optimally

• Manage procurement of goods and services for HCGA site needs, control operational support vendors, ensure availability of operational needs, and maintain cost efficiency and accuracy of procurement administration processes

• Manage and ensure all HCGA site activities run in accordance with labour regulations, company standards and HSE, and prepare operational and administrative reports accurately and on time

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as HCGA in STS/Transshipment or coal mining industry, with at least 2 years in a Managerial position

• Experience working at site is preferred

• Proficient in labour law and its implementation, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

• Willing to be placed at Kalimantan Selatan site with Roster work system
