Executive Housekeeping Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping, laundry, and public area operations across multiple hospitality properties, including a luxury resort, boutique hotel, and hostel. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise, high attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping, laundry, and public area operations across multiple properties.

• Establish and implement housekeeping SOPs, quality standards, and inspection procedures.

• Conduct regular room, villa, and public area inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards.

• Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping teams across multiple sites.

• Manage linen, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, equipment, and operational budgets.

• Coordinate with Engineering on maintenance issues affecting room quality and guest experience.

• Monitor team performance, operational efficiency, and guest feedback.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, chemical safety, and workplace standards.

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive housekeeping experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, boutique hotel, or multi-property environment.

• Proven ability to lead large housekeeping teams and manage complex daily operations.

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping SOPs, laundry management, linen inventory, cleaning chemicals, and quality control.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.

• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• Professional fluency in English.
