About the role

PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras is seeking a talented Sales Executive for Food & Beverage to join our team in Surabaya, East Java. This is a contract position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships within the hospitality and tourism sector. As a Sales Executive FnB, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and promoting our food and beverage offerings to hospitality establishments and corporate clients. This role is integral to our business development strategy and directly contributes to the company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities within the food and beverage sector across Surabaya and surrounding regions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies and corporate clients

• Present and demonstrate food and beverage products and services to potential customers, highlighting their value proposition

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

• Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline information in the company's CRM system

• Attend industry events, networking functions and trade shows to generate leads and build brand awareness

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the food and beverage, hospitality or tourism industries

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels

• Excellent negotiation abilities and a results-driven mindset focused on achieving sales targets

• Knowledge of food and beverage products, services and industry practices is highly desirable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems

• Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

• Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are an advantage

• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Surabaya region as needed

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field is preferred

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and other departments
