BP Consulting Group is seeking a Strategy & Growth Consultant to drive business expansion and strategic initiatives for our external clients across various industries and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Research: Drive comprehensive market research, industry benchmarking, and business opportunity assessments across diverse sectors.
• Strategic Growth Execution: Formulate and support high-impact strategic initiatives focused on market expansion, market entry, and sustainable business growth.
• Competitive & Performance Analysis: Evaluate complex business performance metrics, shifting customer trends, and competitive landscapes to uncover distinct market advantages.
• Actionable Strategy Development: Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and robust strategic recommendations tailored to client objectives.
• Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Actively lead and support client discussions, deliver compelling presentations, facilitate strategic planning sessions, and cultivate long-term, trusted client relationships.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure complete project alignment and deliverable quality.
• Impact Tracking & KPIs: Establish and monitor project key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business impact and ensure the successful realization of strategic goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or growth-related roles.
• Cognitive Approach: A structured, hypothesis-driven thinker with exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Core Competencies: Strong business acumen with hands-on familiarity in applying market research methodologies, business analysis, and standard strategic frameworks.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and build rapport with executive-level clients.
