About the role

We are seeking a talented Architect to join PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative design and architecture projects in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into practical, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally sound built environments. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the visual and functional landscape of our projects, ensuring they meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements. This position offers the chance to work on diverse projects whilst collaborating with a dynamic team of design professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and create architectural designs and conceptual drawings for landscape and built environment projects

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents for project implementation

• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions

• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, constraints, and aesthetic preferences

• Collaborate with landscape architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure integrated project delivery

• Review and ensure compliance with local building codes, planning regulations, and environmental standards

• Provide design consultation throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate design concepts to stakeholders

• Manage project timelines and budgets whilst maintaining design quality standards

What we're looking for

• Professional qualification in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field

• Valid architectural license or professional certification recognised in Indonesia

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design or landscape architecture

• Strong proficiency in CAD software, BIM tools, and design visualisation programmes

• Excellent knowledge of building codes, planning regulations, and sustainable design principles

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing completed architectural or landscape design projects

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly

• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

• Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities

• Experience in South Jakarta or Jakarta region projects is preferred

• Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices is advantageous
