Sales Catering Manager

Job Description :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Lead, manage, and support the sales team to achieve their targets.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

• Find new business opportunities and potential clients.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth catering operations.

• Make sure events run smoothly and meet client expectations.

• Handle client needs and solve problems during the event.

Requirement : 

• At least Bachelor from Hotel Management, Food Technology or equivalent.

• Experiences in Sales Catering esp in Food and Beverage Area or Group of Restaurant and Catering service B2B more than 5 years with good career track.

• Candidate will responsible for operational strategy to increase sales and reduce cost, monitoring all SOP are implemented correctly, coordinate with other stake holder and internal division within company.

• Strong analitycal skill align with update life trend is needed.

• Must be a service oriented person and familiar working with system.

• Good understanding of catering sales and event operations.

• Highly driven person with good leadership, willing to travel.

• Fluently English, at least for everyday communication.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
