Head Of Procurement - F&b

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency, quality, and supply reliability.

• Lead sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.

• Manage strategic supplier relationships and ensure continuity of supply.

• Drive cost-saving and procurement improvement initiatives.

• Establish effective procurement policies, processes, and controls.

• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Central Kitchen, QA, and other functions.

• Lead and develop the procurement team and drive performance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.

• 8–10+ years of procurement experience, preferably in F&B, FMCG, Retail, or Hospitality.

• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and cost control.

• Proven ability to manage procurement in a multi-outlet/large-scale operation.

• Strong leadership, analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.

• Good command of English.
