Safety & Health Officer

Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management systems.

• Conduct HSE training and provide safety guidance to employees.

• Investigate workplace incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HSE performance.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective risk control measures.

• Manage licenses and certifications related to safety equipment and personnel.

• Monitor and manage the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

• Hold a valid General Occupational Safety & Health Expert Certificate (AK3U Kemnaker).

• Good written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and SMK3 management systems.

• Able to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
