Job Description

• Manage, support, and improve the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module based on business requirements.

• Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues, including Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Customer Master, and Material Master.

• Perform SAP SD configuration, testing, and implementation of system changes.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth business process integration.

• Support integration between SAP SD and other modules, particularly MM, FI, and PP.

• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and propose continuous improvements.

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to SAP configuration, processes, troubleshooting, and system changes.

• Support SAP projects, including requirement gathering, UAT, implementation, deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Support integration or business processes related to Salesforce as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, SAP SD Specialist, or IT SAP SD.

• Strong understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) business processes.

• Good understanding of SAP SD integration with MM and FI modules.

• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, UAT, implementation, and system support.

• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
