About the role

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Warehouse Staff (Inbound) to join our dynamic warehousing and distribution team in Pasuruan, East Java. This is a full-time, on-site position (Work From Office) that plays a crucial role in our supply chain operations. As Warehouse Staff (Inbound), you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods with efficiency and accuracy. This role is essential to ensuring smooth warehouse operations and maintaining high standards of inventory management for our clients and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments from suppliers and transport partners

• Inspect goods upon arrival to verify quality, quantity, and condition against shipping documents

• Sort, label, and organise inbound items according to warehouse procedures and storage requirements

• Input inbound data into the warehouse management system (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records

• Place received goods in appropriate storage locations within the warehouse

• Prepare and maintain documentation for all inbound transactions, including delivery notes and receiving reports

• Identify and report any discrepancies, damage, or quality issues to supervisors immediately

• Follow all health, safety, and warehouse protocols to maintain a safe working environment

• Collaborate with team members and other warehouse departments to ensure efficient operations

• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and maintenance tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, specifically in inbound logistics or receiving functions

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and quality issues

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills

• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move goods regularly (typically up to 25 kg)

• Ability to work accurately under time pressure and meet daily targets

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

• Basic understanding of inventory management and documentation procedures

• Flexibility to adapt to varying warehouse demands and peak periods

• Commitment to health, safety, and warehouse compliance standards

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)

• Previous forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous
