QA and IATF Specialist Manufacture - Depok - WFO (ID: 715227)

About the role

Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IATF compliance, including internal system development, audit preparation and response, and coordination with relevant departments. This role will serve as the main internal coordinator for company-wide IATF compliance and audit preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IATF-related systems and requirements

• Develop and improve internal procedures and structures required for IATF compliance

• Prepare for and respond to internal and external IATF audits

• Coordinate with and follow up with relevant departments to ensure company-wide compliance

• Manage required documentation and administrative work related to IATF

• Support the company in maintaining and renewing its IATF certification

About you

• Hands-on experience with IATF

• Experience in audit preparation and audit response

• Good coordination skills and able to work across multiple departments

• Able to work in Depok

• Around 10 years of IATF-related experience is ideal

• Experience in the automotive or automotive parts manufacturing industry

• Experience developing or improving an internal IATF management system

• Conversational English
