About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Staff (Outbound) to join our dynamic team at PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA in Pasuruan, East Java. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a crucial role in our warehousing and distribution operations. As part of our outbound team, you will be responsible for managing the movement of goods from our warehouse facility, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timeliness in all shipments. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliable and prompt delivery services to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing items from inventory according to customer orders and shipping documentation

• Verifying product accuracy and condition before items are dispatched

• Loading and unloading goods onto delivery vehicles in an organised and safe manner

• Scanning and labelling packages with correct shipping information and tracking details

• Maintaining accurate records of outbound shipments and inventory movements

• Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required

• Ensuring all outbound items meet quality and safety standards prior to departure

• Collaborating with team members to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment within the warehouse facility

• Following all health, safety and company procedures at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred

• Physical capability to lift and handle heavy items regularly throughout the day

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing and labelling items

• Ability to work efficiently and meet daily targets under time pressure

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a commitment to workplace health and safety

• Flexibility to work shifts as required by operational needs
