General Support Staff

About the role

We are seeking a General Support Staff to join PT Tri Sakti Purwosari Makmur (KT&G Group) in Pasuruan Regency, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our organisation. As General Support Staff, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across various departments, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our business. This role is instrumental in maintaining organisational standards and supporting our team members to achieve their objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create data on fuel costs and tolls every day.

• Create a letter of transfer of responsibility for all managed vehicles

• Create Petty Cash activity reports

• Monitor vehicle service schedules according to the period

• Make Internal Approval orders for ATK-ART and general needs for all departments.

• Expedition of external / internal documents and goods and payment processing.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering,Office Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, IT procurement system).

• Having good negotiation skills for purchasing and contract

• Accuracy of handling various price, unit and quantity

• Having good negotiation skills for purchasing and contract

• Having diligent and disciplined work behavior
