Research Executive & Manager (REM) and Business Development Staff (BDS)

About the role

Research Executive & Manager (REM) and Business Development Staff (BDS) position at Beerka Research, a growing consultant engaged in social and marketing research services. The role involves setting revenue targets, client prospecting and acquisition, understanding client needs, developing research approaches and proposals, conducting data analysis, and managing team coordination across research processes.

Key responsibilities

• Involve in setting revenue targets with marketing and management team (RM & BDS)

• Engage in client prospecting and acquisition (RM & BDS)

• Hearing and understanding client needs (RM & BDS)

• Developing ideas and innovation for better research approaches (REM)

• Developing proposal and instruments (REM)

• Conducting data analysis and preparing materials for report and presentation (REM)

• In cooperation with related team, to do a presentation to client (RM & BDS)

• Managing team and coordinating research processes, especially at data processing design, report development and presentation to clients (REM)

About you

• WILLING to work in Tangsel area (Graha Raya-Alam Sutera-BSD)

• MUST HAVE experience in research agency or consulting background, at least 5 years working experience (RM), except for Research Executive (RE) and Business Dev Staff (BDS) fresh graduate is welcome

• Open mind and target oriented people (especially for BDS)

• Be self-starter, full initiative, and able to work with minimum supervision

• Have a good communication skill and enjoy making a contact with various people

• Preferably with education background of Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Marketing, Communication or other background with interest in research or survey

• Familiar with statistical software; SPSS, R, etc. or any programming language is a plus

• Having a great passion in data analytic and data visualization is plus

• Be willing to travel to other cities outside Java

• Familiar with power point and Excel is a must, plus other design application software is an advantage, but not mandatory
