Recruitment Staff (Automotive Industry)

Job description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers with selected candidates.

• Handled high-volume recruitment across multiple operational and support positions to meet company hiring targets.

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker or system.

• Prepare and submit daily or weekly recruitment reports to the HR Manager.

• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company SOPs and recruitment standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

• Experience handling mass hiring and multiple vacancies simultaneously is preferred.

• Able to work under hiring targets and in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and organized in managing recruitment data and processes.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
