Recruitment, Assessment & Training Staff

Job Descriptions :

• Ensure that candidates meet the qualifications, requirements and company standards.

• Carry out recruitment according to company SOP and meet service level agreement.

• Document all documents for new employees who will join.

• Conduct psychological assessments for candidates.

• Create work agreement documents & training form for new joiner.

• Needs employees for internal training.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management or equivalent.

• Have experience in manufacture industry will be a plus.

• Possess minimum 3 years experience in end to end recruitment process and recruitment tools.

• Familiar with ATS Recruitment Tools & HRIS System.
