Training & Talent Intern (Fashion)

Job Purpose

To develop Product, Technical & Investment training Modules, Sales Pitch & Sales Tools for all channels so they know now how to do professional selling, manage their activities, understand customers’ needs and wants, and provide proper solution. The focus to support existing Training and Talent Executive Division

Responsibilities

1. Develop Product, Technical & Investment Training Modules, Sales Pitch & Sales Tools for all channels.

• Develop product, technical & investment training modules

• Develop product sales pitch & sales tools

• Update with current development on sales tools from any sources.

• Ensuring product training materials are easy to understand. Have a clear, correct, product information, sales pitch and competitors' comparison.

2. Develop FA Training Modules & Tools for all channels:

• Develop new training modules & tools

• Develop enhancement modules & tools

• Update with current development training programs & tools from any sources

3. Training & Development Evaluation & Monitoring to support Sales

• Evaluate implementation and monitor the effectiveness of programs through the training data in order to support sales target

4. Training & Activities for all channels

• Conduct Train the Trainers for new training modules, sales pitch & sales tools.

• Provide support needed to the training implementation.

5. Reporting

• Make an accurate report related to the effectiveness and efficiency of the FA programs, training delivery, etc.

The Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, including demonstrate ability to start initiatives and resolve conflicts.
