HR Training & Development

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Public Health, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR Training & Development, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

• Domiciled in Bali (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of hospital accreditation standards and healthcare regulations.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to be placed at Lira Medika Hospital Bali

Job Descriptions :

• The HRD Training & Development Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs to ensure staff competency, regulatory compliance, and hospital accreditation standards.

• The role includes conducting training needs analysis, organizing internal and external training, maintaining documentation, monitoring mandatory certifications, and supporting employee development initiatives. The officer also evaluates training effectiveness and provides reports to management to support continuous quality improvement.
