Alchemy Wellness is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience while ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, appointments, and cancellations.

• Provide accurate information about spa treatments, services, facilities, and promotions.

• Manage check-in and check-out procedures.

• Handle payments and daily cashier/front desk transactions.

• Coordinate with therapists and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.

• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.

• Maintain accurate booking records and guest information.

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

• Follow Alchemy Wellness Spa's service standards, SOPs, and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office, Guest Service, or similar role, preferably in a spa, wellness, hotel, or hospitality environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.

• Strong customer-service orientation.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Comfortable handling cash and basic administrative tasks.

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Experience with booking systems or POS systems is an advantage.
