Floor Supervisor

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant operations or a similar supervisory role.

Good English communication skills, especially spoken English.

Currently based in Bali.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Good understanding of restaurant service standards and daily floor operations.

Excellent customer service and guest handling skills.

Able to supervise, guide, and support service staff during busy operations.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Passionate about the F&B industry and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
