RAC Project Specialist

About the role

Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a RAC Project Specialist to join our team in Central Jakarta on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing Air Conditioning. ensuring seamless execution and delivery within the insurance and superannuation fund administration sector. As a RAC Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position offers significant strategic value to our operations and contributes directly to our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling, and managing RAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and compliance departments to deliver project objectives

• Preparing detailed project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders and senior management

• Monitoring project progress against agreed milestones and implementing corrective actions where necessary

• Ensuring all RAC projects comply with relevant fund administration regulations and industry standards

• Managing vendor and contractor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring

• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes

• Providing technical guidance and support to project teams and other departments as required

• Maintaining comprehensive project records and conducting post-project reviews to identify lessons learned
  

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in RAC systems, fund administration, or related technical fields

• Proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail

• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, and climate control systems or equivalent technical background

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across organisational levels

• Understanding of compliance requirements within the insurance and superannuation industry

• Problem-solving ability and capacity to make sound decisions under pressure

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent qualification is highly desirable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
